Queensland’s Restaurant & Catering businesses have come together for the industry’s night of nights to celebrate their achievements in the 2012 Savour AustraliaTM Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence Program. More than 260 restaurant and catering businesses were recognised at the ceremony held Monday 10th September at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre to acknowledge excellence in food and service.

The Savour AustraliaTM Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence are the premier Awards program recognising the achievements of Australia’s restaurant & catering industry. Establishments that enter the Awards for Excellence are judged by a team of trained judges who anonymously visit the venues to determine winners. Scores are based on the entire dining experience of that one judge on a specific evening.
